Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully wrap the leather cover in its original protective tissue and sturdy packaging to prevent creasing or scuffing during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned cover for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
